These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ruvaura online store and your purchase of products from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our other posted policies.

2. Store use

You agree to use the store lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, abuse promotions, or use the store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3. Product information and safety

We aim to describe products, images, prices, availability, and specifications accurately. Product colours and appearance may vary by screen and lighting. Products containing small parts are not suitable for children under 5 years old unless the product listing expressly states otherwise. Please follow the safety information provided with each product.

4. Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping charges, and other checkout amounts are shown where applicable. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where there is an apparent pricing error, inventory issue, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Those policies do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Content on this store—including text, images, logos, designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Ruvaura and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without permission.

7. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, message, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or harmful. You grant Ruvaura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for store and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

8. Third-party services and links

The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics tools, and other third-party services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Ruvaura is not responsible for third-party sites or services to the extent permitted by law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The store and its content are provided subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Ruvaura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms or store policies from time to time. The version posted on the store at the time of your order applies to that order, subject to applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ruvaura’s operations in Canada, without limiting any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
